200 North Beach: New On The Menu

There were several items on 200 North Beach’s new menu that caught our eye when we visited with Chef Bernard Carmouche. One in particular was the Trout Pecan Meuniere – a beautiful pecan encrusted trout filet served over charred broccoli and fingerling potatoes, jumbo lump crabmeat and topped with a Meuniere Sauce. This delicious dish is available for lunch and dinner at 200 North Beach in Bay St. Louis, Miss.
