This Saturday, boats decorated in Christmas lights parade along the Mississippi Sound beginning at 6 p.m. south of the Biloxi Lighthouse and travel east, ending at Point Cadet. The parade, Christmas on the Water, will be followed by a fireworks spectacular that will fill the east Biloxi sky.
