If your going to the Biloxi Seafood Festival this weekend be sure to bring your appetite. The beauty of the festival is the abundance and variety of seafood available to enjoy with lots of great people and live music on the beautiful Biloxi Town Green. And if you’re there at 2 p.m. on Saturday you’ll have the chance to enjoy a portion of a 200-foot shrimp po’boy from the iconic Louisiana restaurant, Parkway Bakery and Tavern. Owner, Justin Kennedy spoke with WLOX Gulf Coast Weekend about what it takes to assemble this massive shrimp po’boy as well as the love for his original home Biloxi, Miss. Festival-goers are invited to partake until the po’boy is gone, but don’t be late – it won’t last long!
