The 5th Annual Feed The Need Benefit Concert & Fish Fry takes place Sunday, May 20th at Government Street Grocery in Ocean Springs. WLOX Gulf Coast Weekend sat down with one of the event performers, Cary Hudson to talk about his roots, the amazing fundraising event and Mississippi Country Girls. “Feed the Need is a benefit concert and fish fry to raise funds and awareness for The Lord Is My Help -Ocean Springs (a 501(c)(3)) not for profit organization). This year’s event will feature music by Cary Hudson, Grayson Capps, Brooks Hubbert, Paul Cat Kirkland + Friends, Drive By Pillow Fight and local favorite, Blackwater Brass.

Tickets are $15 now or $25 at the door (bring a #10 canned good for our food drive and get in for $20 at the door). Each ticket gets you into the event, access to a full days worth of live music and a fish plate.

This year’s event will also feature a kids-only area with games and activities for your little ones. Silent auction, raffle baskets, and more!
