GULF COAST, Miss. (WLOX) - New Year’s Eve is almost here, and it’s time to ring in 2025! From fireworks, parties, celebrations, and more, we’ve compiled a list of events happening across the Coast.
- BAY ST. LOUIS: New Year’s Eve Oyster Drop, starts at 7 p.m., featuring live music, entertainment, and oyster drop at midnight. (200 North Beach Boulevard)
- BAY ST. LOUIS: Pre-New Year’s Eve Celebration and New Year’s Eve Celebration at Silver Slipper Casino Hotel, December 28 & December 31, will feature party favors, a confetti cannon, and a countdown and champagne toast at midnight on both dates
- BILOXI: Three Ball Drops at Margaritaville Resort, 7 p.m., 9 p.m. and midnight
- BILOXI: New Year’s Eve Ice Skating Party at Mississippi Coast Coliseum, 7-8:30 p.m., $13 admission, tickets go on sale one hour prior to session (6 p.m.)
- GULFPORT: Countdown to New Year’s Eve at Island View Casino Resort, December 27-31, will feature a car giveaway, live entertainment, dining specials, and more
- GULFPORT: Countdown to Noon 2025 at Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., $12 admission, will feature a DJ, snacks, New Year’s crafts, and ball drop at noon
- OCEAN SPRINGS: The Drop on Government, starts at 8 p.m.
- PASCAGOULA: New Year’s Eve Anchor Drop presented by Main Street Pascagoula, 8 p.m.-12:30 a.m. (3207 Magnolia Street)
- Barricades go up at 9 a.m. Tuesday for event setup, then other barricades will be placed at 4 p.m. for the event.
