Clark Builders is constructing the home with an estimated value of $500,000 in Florence Gardens.
Come April, one lucky ticket holder will win the four-bedroom, three-bath, 2,010-square-foot home.
The home is located in the neighborhood’s Artisan Green District, with multiple green spaces nearby. It has a master bathroom with a double vanity, makeup station, and walk-in closet with built-in cabinetry, a kitchen with a farmhouse sink and Bosch appliances, and a covered rear porch.

All money raised from the Dream Home giveaway goes to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to help children battling cancer. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
