BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - The Price is Right Live will bring the classic television game show to the Beau Rivage stage later this month with two performances featuring the show’s iconic games and prizes.
Host Todd Newton said the live version was created by Bob Barker 25 years ago and has grown each year. The touring show performs about 160 live shows annually.
“It’s a live stage version of the show that you’ve loved on television for over 50 years. Same games, same prizes,” Newton said.
The show features popular games, including Plinko, the Big Wheel, Cliff Hangers, and It’s in the Bag.
Audience members can be selected to play regardless of seating location or ticket price.

“We call more people down to Contestants’ Row during the live show than they’re able to do on television,” Newton said. “We’re not limited to 90 minutes. We don’t take commercial breaks.”
Contestants register before the show in the theater lobby by scanning a QR code on their phones.
Newton said the show was designed to bring Hollywood to audiences across the country who cannot travel to Los Angeles for the television taping.
The Price is Right Live will be at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, March 1, at 3 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online.
