Hip-hop legend to perform at Choctaw Indian Fair

CHOCTAW, Miss. (WTOK) - A hip-hop legend is set to perform at the 76th Choctaw Indian Fair.

Busta Rhymes will headline the main stage on Saturday, July 18. The announcement was made on Thursday.

Widely recognized as one of hip-hop’s most dynamic and influential performers, he first broke into national visibility as a member of Leaders of the New School, gaining major attention through the group’s iconic guest appearance on A Tribe Called Quest’s “Scenario.”

Busta Rhymes has built a catalog that includes standout singles such as “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See,” “Dangerous,” “Gimme Some More,” and “Touch It,” along with high-profile collaborations like “Look at Me Now” and “Don’t Cha.”

He also has 12 Grammy nominations.

The Choctaw Indian Fair will take place from July 14 to July 18.
