New Ocean Springs 7 Brew location giving out free drinks in preparation for grand opening

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WLOX) — They’ve been popping up throughout the Gulf Coast, and now the fun — and caffeine — has made its way to Jackson County! 7Brew will soon open a new location in Ocean Springs.

The location, at 2875 Bienville Boulevard, is now one of five on the Coast — joining Waveland, Gulfport, Biloxi, and D’Iberville.

“This is our first of many out in this area, too. I’m really excited to be in Ocean Springs. It’s one I’ve been excited for... the last year,” said Director of Development Mason Simmons. “We’re going to do a handful more out in Gautier, Pascagoula, more in Gulfport and Biloxi. So we’re not stopping down here on the Coast.”

The store is kicking off its soft opening over the next few days with free small drinks. The drive-thru will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Friday’s featured drinks are the Cinnamon Roll (brown sugar, cinnamon and white chocolate breve) and the Brunette (hazelnut and caramel mocha). Staff at the store tells WLOX they will alternate available drinks each day of the soft opening.

The store is not fully functional yet. Events are planned in the coming weeks leading up to the grand opening on September 14.

Caffeine for a Cause

A limited menu will be available. You pay what you want, and all proceeds will be donated to Coast nonprofit Embrace Abilities.

Sunday, Sept. 6 — 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

The Waveland location was one of the company’s first 500. Now, 7 Brew has more than 800 locations across 38 states.
