FULL SCHEDULE: Cruisin’ the Coast monitoring Hurricane Isaias, events still on as of Thursday

BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) — Thousands of classic cars are rolling through South Mississippi for Cruisin’ the Coast the first full week in October.

The event celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and is taking place from October 4 to 11. The event has grown from 374 cars at its 1996 launch to 10,334 vehicles last year.

NOTE: We are monitoring Hurricane Isaias in the Gulf, expected to approach the Coast as a Category 2 hurricane by Friday.

Update from Cruisin’ the Coast director Woody Bailey as of 10/8/26 at 10:30 a.m.: At this point, the schedule is on track. No major changes have been made, other than Hollywood Casino has canceled all events, and some entertainment is changing due to artists from out of town not being able to travel in. Some performances are being replaced with local musicians.

Thursday will continue as scheduled, and CTC is hoping for a full day Friday. They will continue to monitor the weather and will release further updates if needed.

This year’s schedule includes new additions alongside returning favorites in all 12 cities and three counties on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
