OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WLOX) — The famous Budweiser Clydesdales are bringing holiday cheer to the Mississippi Gulf Coast with several appearances planned this December.
The eight-horse hitch will pull the iconic Budweiser beer wagon during stops in Ocean Springs, Bay St. Louis, and Gulfport.
“The Clydesdales are such an iconic part of Budweiser’s history and holiday tradition, and we’re thrilled to share that experience with the communities we are proud to serve. Seeing these magnificent horses in person is truly something special, but it’s something about seeing them during the holidays that makes the experience even more memorable,” said Anna Grace Tanner, Communications Manager for Mitchell Distributing.
The Clydesdales will make their first Coast appearance in downtown Ocean Springs on Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 6 p.m.
“Events like this give people another reason to come to town, enjoy our local businesses and make special holiday memories with family and friends,” said Cynthia Sutton, CEO of the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce Main Street-Tourism Bureau.
